Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed on the following business day.

Estimated delivery times are generally 2–5 business days within the United States, 5–10 business days for Canada and Europe, and 7–15 business days for other international destinations. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or local postal services.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered from Five Star Peptides are permitted in their country or region. All products are intended strictly for Research Use Only. Five Star Peptides is not responsible for packages delayed, rejected, returned, or seized by customs or other authorities.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be provided. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier’s system.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are securely packaged in plain, discreet packaging. Product details and unnecessary branding are not displayed on the exterior of the package to help maintain customer privacy.
Lost, Damaged & Policy Updates
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and relevant details. Each claim is reviewed individually. Five Star Peptides reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time, with changes posted on this page.
